    Job Description

    TITLE: SR. HEALTHCARE IT SMES/ANALYSTS (275-USA)

    Location:  National

    Contract Length:  3-6 month contracts initially

    Required:  Healthcare IT SME experience in skill identified in Title.  Apply specifying number/title of your preferred contract position and you will receive job details and all required skills

    Education: B.A. or above desired

    Travel: 2-4 weeks per month

    Work Auth: Agency and candidates requiring sponsorship will NOT be considered

    Our national healthcare client is looking for various healthcare IT experts in SME, Analyst and Configurator roles.  See below and apply specifying the number and title for the role(s) that best match your experience.  You will receive details on that role by email.  Parentheses identify the area of US where project is located and you will be required to travel.

    1. Tapestry CRM Workflow Project Leader (South)
    2. Certified Tapestry Provider Contracts Configurator (South)
    3. Tapestry Operations Business and Process Analysts (5-6 roles, South)
    4. Marketplace Finance APTC Data Analyst (South)
    5. HEDIS Business and Data Analysts (East)
    6. Care and Utilization Management Support Clinician (East)
    7. HealthRules Configuration Analysts (2-3 roles, South)
    8. AMISYS Configuration SME (Southwest)

    REQUIRED SKILLS - Specific to each contract listed above - details will be provided but generally:

    • 10+ years of healthcare payer and health plan experience with 2-5+ years of expertise in the specific area demanded for each contract, i.e. HealthRules, Tapestry, Amisys, HEDIS, etc.
    • Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to reach consensus with various stakeholders
    • Proficiency in MS Office 2010 – VISIO, EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, Project
    • Ability to explain complex concepts
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to handle stress and changing priorities effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly
    • Ability to work independently or within a team
    • Ability to work productively, collaborate with team members and meet deadlines
