Job Description
The Talent Management team is seeking a temporary ( Full or Reduced Schedule) HR & Benefits Specialist to cover a maternity leave.
The responsibilites include the following:
- Benefits Administration
- Manage all enrollments and terminations
- Process all reimbursement procedures (tuition, Becker/Wiley, CPA Exam, etc.)
- Leave of absence administration
- Ensure monthly invoices are accurate and paid timely
- Able to advise employees on their benefit options/answer questions
- ADP WorkforceNow
- Update/maintain employee records
- Reporting
- PTO
- Onboarding / off-boarding
- Uploading data
- Familiar with overall payroll processes (does not need payroll processing experience)
- Scheduling Onboarding
- Maintaining training logistics
