    We are currently seeking to hire a SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST for our food manufacturing facility in HILLSIDE, NJ.

    The SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST helps achieve Supply Chain management operational objectives. He/she will work closely with the supply chain team to support the supply chain operations with special focus on collecting and analyzing data. As an integral member of the team, they will be involved in areas of sourcing and inventory planning.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Inventory Analysis and controls of certain inventory processes as it relates to production and data base management
    • Assisting Buyers to meet daily inventory needs and will handle all internal purchasing (WB Mason, Grainger, Amazon)
    • Material & Vendor master data management
    • Lifecycle management – replacement, obsolescence, product introduction and launch support
    • Interaction with Production Supervisors, Receiving Department & Finance Department regarding inventory accuracy and flow
    • Ability to create and analyze necessary Supply Chain data and report finding to management
    • Manage daily bulk oil transactions via rail side & tank wagon receiving’s and update & improve current SOP’s
    • Responsible for month end closing procedures as it relates to production
    • Daily Material issuing of production needs and scheduled jobs through job closing

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • ·       Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, statistics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    • ·       0-2 Years of Supply Chain experience
    • ·       Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
    • ·       Understanding of accounting or finance
    • ·       Excellent analytical, statistical, communication, presentation and system skills with thorough attention to detail
    • ·       Must possess a Can-Do attitude
    • ·       The ability to analyze and process data and find creative solutions to identified issues
    • ·       Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future, without sponsorship.
