POSITION SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for preparing financial statements for community associations. Provides general accounting support for community managers and boards which includes financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications
Education
PREFERRED
Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
Experience
REQUIRED
1 YEAR: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and one (1) year of experience in accounting as a Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, Property Accountant, Full Cycle Accountant, or similar role which includes exposure to GL accounting, preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience can be substituted for the minimum requirements on a year-for-year basis.
PREFERRED
3 YEARS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and three (3) years of experience in accounting within an HOA/Property Management environment. Experience working with VMS (Village Management Software) is strongly preferred.
