• Final and in-process inspection of tooling, components, and prototype parts using CMM and various gauges as required
• Ability to program and operate Zeiss CMM using Calypso software
• Ability to read blueprints and understand product specifications and requirements
• Ability to perform measurements of precision components to ensure specifications are met
• Ability to perform general shop math
• Ability to measure close tolerances
• Completion of customer inspection reports per instructions and requirements
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) + years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating measuring equipment
• Experience with Zeiss CMM and Calypso software
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work 3rd shift

You should be proficient in:

• High School / GED
• Shop Math Skills
• Basic Computer Skills

Salary info:
