Three to five years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry

Proficient in inspecting ball screws for backlash using an indicator, as well as removing, setting up, and installing ball screw assemblies
·
Realignment of turret heads, spindles, chucks, etc. using indicators
·
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifically related to bearing stack up and hydraulic systems
·
Experience in removal, rebuilding, and replacement of hydraulic cylinders and pumps
·
Skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic systems
·
Hold a valid Mobile Crane License and proficient in rigging
·
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
·
Performing additional duties as required
·
Possess a certified journeyperson’s card (or similar contractual Journeyperson status) or document a minimum of eight years of experience in a specific trade from previous employers on company letterhead
·
Flexibility to work overtime and a flexible schedule as required within the union facility agreement
·
Availability to work any shift as required
·
Successful completion of pre-employment physical including drug testing
