Golden hours: Monday-Friday 5 PM to dark and Saturday 10-2 PM This is a high income position; most make over $25K finding 4-6 clients per week. I'll show you how. Qualifications: Must be able to communicate. Must have some sales experience and a positive attitude. No offensive VISIBLE tattoos. Clean criminal background - minor convictions are acceptable. Reliable Transportation Own a smartphone ***Other roofing companies pay their sales people the same commission rate as me, but their sales reps have to sell and manage their own crews, climb on the roof for inspections, call in the claims, climb the roof again for the adjuster meeting, write and close the contracts, collect the checks, manage the installs. . . for the same amount of income. It's crazy and counter productive when you're a sales person. We have eliminated all this extra work! Our system works, which is why we dominate the competition! Work anywhere in the Metroplex after training. We'll help you identify the best areas affected by the hail storms. During the 1-week training period, you need to be available Tues-Fri for 4:45 PM job site meetings, and field calls from 5 PM to dusk. On Saturdays, sales calls are from 10-2 PM. This is when the homeowners are at home! No Investment, we provide you all the tools you need to succeed! TRAINING You attend an initial two hour class 2-4 PM. Afterwards you will go into the field with me and start selling. You just need to promote our FREE roof inspections and set a meeting to comeback after the inspection. Our best performers do 3-5 inspections per night. You will NOT get on the roof; our Roof Inspectors do that for you. I'm looking for people who are positive, can dress presentable and act professionally. If you have all 3 qualities, you will succeed here. After training, you set your own hours. No more than 20-24 hours per week during the evenings. Some of my reps have other jobs; that's ok too. Full training provided. I have the most simplified plan in the industry, the sales person gets paid upfront. You get paid when you call the claim into the insurance carrier and you NEVER SEE THE HOMEOWNER AGAIN!
