Job Description
The business analyst will report primarily to the Business Services Director and IT Manager, but may receive direction from other SOTS staff as required by the project. The business analyst will be responsible business requirements review, design review, and testing. The business analyst's duties will include: Review and analysis of the primary contractor's business requirements
Review and analysis of user flows, wire frames, and UI/UX design documents
Unit and functional testing
Coordination of user acceptance testing
Assisting with data analysis and migration
The Business Analyst MUST have the following skills/experience
Demonstrated prior experience with business registry systems in Connecticut or other states;
Experience and understanding of the current Connecticut business registry, CONCORD;
Prior experience working with state government as a business analyst;
Business requirements gathering and testing skills
