Role Overview:

We are inviting a skilled and professional ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practitioner to join our after-school program as a dedicated one-on-one staff member. This position is essential for delivering individualized behavioral support to one student each afternoon, ensuring their developmental and social needs are met in a consistent and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized ABA interventions on a one-on-one basis from 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targeted outcomes.

Coordinate closely with program leadership, educational staff, and the child’s family to maintain a unified approach to the student’s development.

Ensure a positive, engaging, and structured environment that aligns with the values of Boston’s Bridge to Excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in applied behavior analysis, preferably with children in educational settings.

Relevant certification or training in ABA methodologies.

Strong collaborative and communication skills, and a professional approach to supporting a child’s growth in a team-oriented atmosphere.
