About the Role Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Behavior Therapist/RBT to work one-on-one with an autistic children using natural environment teaching. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided.
What You Will Do
Engage children in play and everyday activities
Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation
Follow individualized developmental plans
Build positive relationships with children and families
Write brief session notes and track progress
Receive coaching and supervision
Who We Are Looking For
Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
OR High School Diploma and three year’s experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting.
