    Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading national recruiting organization specializing in behavioral health and autism search services, is seeking a high-performing, visionary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into an executive leadership role as ABA Clinic Director for a brand-new ABA clinic in Richmond, VA.     Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

    Position Summary

    The ABA Clinic Director oversees the daily operations and clinical quality of our brand-new Richmond center. This dual-impact leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that align with the organization’s treatment model, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, funding, and ethical standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    1\. Clinical Leadership & Team Mentorship

    • Provide direct management and mentorship to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Care Coordinators, ensuring role alignment, clinical excellence, and adherence to best practices.

    • Provide oversight to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

    • Serve as the official RBT Requirements Coordinator for all clinic RBTs.

    • Ensure clinicians strictly adhere to clinical policies and procedures, including supervision protocols and parent training requirements.

    • Guarantee client ABA treatment plans and programs are implemented with high fidelity through regular observations, data reviews, and staff performance checks, offering timely coaching and retraining as needed.

    • Drive hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of clinic staff in partnership with leadership.

    • Execute clinical practices and procedures as outlined, serving as a model for evidence-based care.

    2\. Strategic Operations & Organizational Growth

    • Collaborate with executive leadership on clinic goals, policies, and operational procedures aligned with organizational objectives.

    • Partner with the Operations Manager to align client weekly schedules with authorized hours, monitoring hour utilization to meet company goals and clinical best practices.

    • Track and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including client progress, hour utilization, staff productivity, and retention rates.

    • Partner with administrative, intake, authorization, and billing teams to ensure seamless center operations.

    • Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain a high standard of client and family satisfaction.

    • Resolve escalated family, caregiver, or staff concerns in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner.

    • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethical guidelines, insurance regulations, stakeholder requirements, and state licensure regulations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Required:

    • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.

    • Licensure: Current Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical ABA experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or clinical leadership role.

    • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with or transitioning to ABA-specific technology platforms; comfort with clinical tech tools and willingness to serve as a superuser/trainer.

    • Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, state licensure laws, and multidisciplinary healthcare management.

    • Skills: Exceptional leadership, change management, organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

    This is a full-time, on-site leadership position at our Richmond, VA clinic requiring the ability to:

    • Work in a fast-paced environment 40+ hours per week.

    • Stand or sit for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, reach, pull, and push throughout the clinic environment.

    • Maintain manual dexterity, visual awareness, and auditory skills necessary for clinical observations and administrative duties.

    • Lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
