The primary function of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. The BCBA also consults with and teaches clinical and instructional team members regarding pro-active programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate.
This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification Board (BACB) in good standing.
Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Texas in good standing
Must obtain and maintain required CEUs and credentials for recertification.
Must obtain and maintain required supervision training in order to provide supervision to RBTs
Acceptance of mission and goals of Central Texas Behavioral Solutions
Must pass background check and maintain current CPR certification
Must be trained/certified in CTBS’s Crisis Management System (Handle with Care) and be able to
physically perform the restraint techniques if necessary.
Strong communication skills to work with a diverse team.
Basic computer skills and be able to use all required software.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and good customer service skills
Maintain a high level of organization for file maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly record keeping.
