    ABA Coordinator Administration experience in medical facilities or ABA. Preferred strong communication skills, writing, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Good time management skills are required to work during high- pressure situations and high call volume. HIPAA-compliant and professional care to communicate with families, parents, and clients. We are seeking a highly qualified administrative assistant with a passion for the ABA field and a desire to grow within the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Optimize client and RBT scheduling to ensure that the maximum number of client hours are being provided  Coordinate the client and RBT availability to create optimal schedules that give the RBT required hours and the client prescribed weekly hours.  Change client treatment schedules based on the client and RBT's needs and changes.  Input all client and RBT-related scheduling needs  Manages time off requests  Assign subs for advance and same-day cancellations  Assist with office tasks  Communicate (verbal and written) with staff and clients regarding scheduling matters.  Identify staffing needs and support recruitment for new positions  Coordinate new client intake  Ensure that the RBT hours are scheduled following company policies  Maintain up-to-date records on the availability of RBTs and clients  Ensure contract fulfillment for each client based on contracted services  Maintain detailed client information in the client management system  Timely processing, submitting, scheduling, and follow-up of referrals and requests for treatment authorization as required by the insurance.  Tracks and follows up with existing referrals and authorization requests  Intake and process new client paperwork  Maintain up-to-date records on the availability of clients  Ensure contract fulfillment for each client based on contracted services  Maintain detailed client information in the client management system  Maintain confidentiality of all patients, staff, and proprietary information  Support the practice manager and clinical director as needed QUALIFICATIONS:  1-2 years of experience with ABA scheduling, intake, and referral authorization  Knowledge of insurance requirements  Knowledge of billing codes is a plus
