Position Description
A Sense of Autism is seeking motivated and compassionate BCBA or BCaBA practicum students who are currently enrolled in an approved Applied Behavior Analysis graduate or undergraduate program and are pursuing fieldwork supervision hours toward certification.
This position provides hands-on clinical experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder in a supportive and collaborative environment. Practicum students will receive mentorship, training, and supervision while developing clinical, organizational, and leadership skills within an ABA setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision
Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Collect and record behavioral data
Participate in supervision meetings and clinical trainings
Support program implementation and client progress monitoring
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership
Qualifications
Recent graduate or currently enrolled a BCBA or BCaBA coursework program
Seeking supervised fieldwork hours toward certification. (Both Restricted and Unrestricted Fieldwork Hours available in accordance with BACB requirements.)
Passion for working with children with autism
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and eager to grow in the field
RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
