    We are seeking dynamic Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) looking for a comprehensive and rewarding experience.  In this role, you will effectively develop and implement appropriate assessments and supervise intervention methods for children with developmental delays, in a variety of settings.

    REPRESENTATIVE TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct and document assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders according to policy and procedure
    • Determine frequency and direction of services for children
    • Develop treatment plans including Behavior Intervention Plans for child based on the assessments conducted
    • Assure that plans are appropriate for child; make changes to plans as necessary
    • Develop transition plans as required
    • Provide direct services as indicated on treatment plan, when applicable
    • Provide family training to families of children in the program
    • Coordinate with other care providers (outside services, outside medical professionals, etc)
    • Train ABA Therapist on program Policies and Procedures
    • Train ABA Therapist on Applied Behavior Analysis principles and procedures and implementation
    • Supervise ABA Therapist on cases as indicated on treatment plan
    • Supervise BCBA certification candidates
    • Enter & monitor child data on AB Pathfinder
    • Follow all policies and procedures as indicated

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Qualified candidates will possess a BCBA certification.  Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail regarding report submission, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to liaise and collaborate with professionals in various disciplines and at different levels in order to best advocate for needs of children and be willing to travel to various settings for service provision.
