  • Responsibilities

    Part-Time In-Home ABA Positions Available – Immediate Cases

    Alpha & Omega Kids is currently hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities throughout Maspeth, New York.

    We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving ongoing supervision and support from a BCBA.

    Schedule

    • Part-time positions available
    • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
    • Cases available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Highest need for afternoon availability (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
    • Daytime and afternoon cases available
    • Consistent weekly schedules provided

    Compensation

    • $20–$34 per hour, based on experience and credentials

    Responsibilities

    • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
    • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
    • Collect and document session data using a mobile device
    • Complete accurate and timely session notes
    • Support communication, behavior management, and daily living skill development
    • Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers

    Training & SupportTraining is available for candidates new to ABA and includes:

    • 40-hour RBT training program
    • Comprehensive competency assessment
    • Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
    • Hands-on clinical experience with individualized client programs
    • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in the ABA field

    Requirements

    • Reliable transportation required
    • Access to a mobile device for documentation
    • High school diploma required
    • Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred
    • Experience working with children strongly preferred
    • Must pass a background screening
    • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
    • Willingness to accept supervision and feedback
    • Access to a communication device
    • Availability for virtual training via Microsoft Teams during business hours

    RBT certification is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates who are not yet certified must be willing to obtain certification.
