SENIOR LITIGATION PARALEGAL

INDUSTRY: International Firm

STATUS: Full Time Employee

LOCATION: Palo Alto, California

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• You will assist preparation for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
• This position provides the opportunity to work with highly accredited Partners, associates, and other legal assistants across practice areas and departments
• You will be responsible for preparation of filings and case management
• You will conduct legal research, discovery, and cite-checking

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Exposure to federal and local e-filing procedures
• Working knowledge of Relativity, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and WestLaw
• Bachelor’s degree and either a paralegal certificate or attorney attestation
