Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time
Summary Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist ABA Solutions, LLC in maintaining compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to our field; adhere to organizational policies and other activities designed to ensure the highest quality of care provided to our clients. This will be reflected by fulfilling the below listed description:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to RBT assigned to client.
- Provide training to RBT assigned to client.
- Implement treatment plan.
- Provide training to client’s family/responsible party.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments as prescribed in organizational policies.
- Monitor client progress Conduct competency audits and fidelity checks of RBTs.
- Provide input into performance evaluations.
- Assist in monitoring treatment outcome data.
- Communicate regularly with RBT and family/responsible party.
- Complete treatment charting thoroughly, professionally and timely Report any concerns regarding the client, client’s family/responsible party or RBT in accordance with organizational policy and procedure.
- Complete necessary training for relicensing period as required by board certification requirements.
- Manage own schedule and caseload with consultation of RBT.
- Regularly communicate updates with President of organization.
- Consistently represent the organization in a positive light and maintain professional standards.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in psychology, social work, education or related field.
- Possess and maintain BACB credentialing.
- Possess and maintain a current and active license in Maryland.
- Demonstrate ongoing clinical professional development.
- Current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work variable hours/days of week due to nature of scheduling client services and supervisory sessions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stand for periods of time, sit for periods of time and move about quickly to meet needs of the client.
- Must be in generally good health.
- Must be able to lift up or handle up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis should a behavior intervention be needed.
- Must be able to relate to and work with clients who may exhibit emotional upsets and inappropriate behaviors.
- May possibly be exposed to various forms of infectious diseases due to health history of client.
