    Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Full Time

    Reports to: Center Director

    Job Summary:
    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for using your expertise in behavior analysis to design, implement, and oversee effective treatments for clients who have behavioral challenges. You will provide direct therapy services to clients in both clinical and in-home settings, as well as supervise and train behavior technicians and other therapy staff. Additionally, you will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that support the individual needs of each client.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct initial assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and update progress notes to monitor client progress.
    • Provide direct therapy services in both clinical and in-home settings to clients who have behavioral challenges.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor behavior technicians and other therapy staff.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
    • Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of client progress and ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

    Qualifications:
    • Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges in a clinical or in-home setting
    • Experience supervising, training, and coaching behavior technicians and other therapy staff
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
    • Knowledge of evidence-based behavior analytic techniques and practices
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
