What You’ll Do
As an ABA Teacher, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group instruction using behavior-analytic strategies while managing a caseload of two students. Your role directly supports students ages 3–22 with autism and related developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized curriculum and behavior support plans
Use ABA methods including discrete trial training, task analysis, and behavior reduction strategies
Collect accurate data on academic, behavioral, and social goals
Participate in fun and functional community outings—swimming, ice skating, hiking, vocational experiences, and more
Maintain consistent communication with families through home notes and in-person updates
Demonstrate and implement crisis prevention and intervention strategies as trained (including CALM procedures with PPE as needed)
Complete case notes and other documentation with accuracy and timeliness
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related Human Services field (preferred, not required)
-Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus—but entry-level candidates are welcome
