    What You'll Do

    As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

    Your responsibilities include:

    Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings

    Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills

    Implement individualized treatment plans

    Collect accurate session data and document client progress

    Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers

    Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies

    Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices

    Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

    Required

    Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

    (Applicants must already be certified.)

    Preferred

    Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

    ABA or behavioral health experience

    Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

    An excellent communicator

    Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors

    Able to pass a background and reference check

    Physical Requirements

    This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:

    Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions

    Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds

    Safely implementing behavior intervention strategies when needed

    Working in home and community environments with varying activity level
