This is a 15 hour case in Forest hills on Groton Street.
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with Autism. Your primary focus will be to implement behavioral therapy techniques, collect data on client progress, and support the overall development of each individual in a positive and nurturing environment.
Job Description
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies as developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
Maintain clear and timely documentation
Follow ethical guidelines and safety protocols
Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
Qualifications: Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Strong communication skills
Passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Preferred:
Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification)
Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field
Schedule:
Part-time
Flexible scheduling (weekday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays preferred)
