Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children, tailored to individual needs.
Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress toward goals.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Provide training and support to parents on ABA strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress notes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
Stay updated on best practices in ABA therapy and child development.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
BCBA or RBT certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
