You will work directly with adults with developmental disabilities who have behavioral challenges, helping them develop positive behaviors and life skills. This position plays a key part in improving our participants’ quality of life and ensuring our program runs safely and effectively. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust behavior plans as necessary. • Collaborate closely with the Case Manager and other team members to align behavior strategies with each participant’s overall service plan and goals. • Communicate with participants’ caregivers/families and relevant external professionals (e.g. behavior consultants, therapists) as needed regarding behavior plans and progress. • Stay current with best practices in ABA and developmental disabilities. Ensure that all interventions are ethical and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines for behavioral services.
