Little Masters Development Center is seeking Early Intervention/Special Education providers to provide direct services to young children ages 0-3 years old through NYC’s Early Intervention Program.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop creative programs and activities for children with developmental disabilities in order to improve social and cognitive functions Encourage the child’s participation in in goal-orientated activities
Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child
Work with families and other service providers to achieve a child’s IFSP or EIP goals
Provide services in home, school-based and daycare centers
Daily data collection
Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child
Requirements: Must have (1) of the following certifications/licenses:
Birth-Grade 2 SWD Certification
LMSW
Preferred:
Bilingual a plus
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train
Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases
