    Call Center Representatives- 25 Positions

    Location: Richmond, VA (Remote until COVID is over and office resumes to open)

    PAY RATE: $11.50 AN HOUR AND 12.50 AN HOUR FOR BI-LINGUAL

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

    EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED

    EDUCATION PREFERRED: Associates and/or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 - 3 years of Call Center Experience.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Experience working with culturally/linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Customer service, organizational, interpersonal written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, ability to work as a team member, attention to detail, as well as independently and ability to work under standards-based performance measures.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Responds to and manages Helpline calls, provides responses to questions, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns.
    2. Assist clients in choosing a managed care plan.
    3. Maintains updated knowledge of managed care plans that are available to clients.
    4. Performs data entry as required and accurately.
    5. Reports any issues, concerns, and/or problems to the Team Leader of Call Center Manager.
    6. Provide information to customers in a courteous, polite and professional manner.
    7. Initiate follow-up calls to customers.
    8. Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
