    ABC Home & Commercial Services is hiring in our sales department for a Landscape Designer Sales If you have design experience in residential and/or commercial applications this may be the job for you. Come be a part of the ABC family! Our Landscape Designer and Sales Representatives interact with clients and co-workers on a daily basis. The ABC family is seeking a candidate that is personable and able to deliver proposals, contracts, estimates, and designs. Responsibilities: • Listens to customers’ requests or concerns and makes recommendations for how to best address their home or business improvement needs. • Meets with past or existing clients for new sales and up-sells and responds to incoming leads in a timely fashion • Spends the majority of the time outside the office and drives for a large part of the workday to meet with existing clients and ongoing projects • Creates sales agreements; completes and submits all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner • Consistently follows through with all proposals; provides clarification as necessary; negotiates prices with General Manager Approval; meets monthly sales quotas set by Division Manager and the company • Ensure the landscape teams have everything necessary to install the design for the customers Qualifications: • Must be able to plan, design, and layout a landscape • Strong experience using design software; hand-drawing skills are a plus, but not required • Ideal candidate landscape designer/project manager is someone with design knowledge and sales ability • Must have a clean driving record • Must pass background check, drug screening and physical • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
