Job Description

We are hiring for an on-site Client Relations/Receptionist in Los Angeles, CA who can provide exemplary service. You will:

• Perform reception functions including answering of the switchboard and routing calls, greeting and logging visitors, parking services/programs
• Maintain conference and reception areas in a neat, professional and fully functional manner. When able to, assists with meetings and conferences room general support and cleanup.
• Perform security responsibilities in the areas of issuing and monitoring visitor/guest/vendor security access badges
• Upon notification, makes initial requests with vendors, contractors, supplies and landlord's representative for the maintenance and repair of office space, furniture, and office equipment.
• Manage service tickets
• Per department procedures, coordinates food and beverage services.
• Mail and courier services
• Other admin tasks as required

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Competent, reliable and dependable with proven ability to work in team environments
• Must work autonomously with high levels of ownership over results
• High ability to understand others, anticipate to their needs and provide consensual solutions
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
