We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative at our Los Angeles location, who can become an integral member of our team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales.
• Using telephone and web chat, serves as primary point of contact for inbound client questions regarding online quotes/pricing.
• Assists clients with any questions regarding full scope of products.
• Build/Maintains healthy pipeline of monthly prospects and leads for the sales team.
• Drives new business growth within an assigned territory.
• Converts cold and warm leads into new business opportunities; directs prospects to Major Account Managers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-3 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to always provide excellent customer service and quickly establish rapport with client base.
• Must convey energy and excitement on the phone.
• Must be professional and courteous with customers at all times.
