Job Description

Under general supervision the Client Relations IT Manager, the incumbent will perform troubleshooting, configuration, tuning, and maintenance of company equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots print servers and company equipment at client locations including HP, Konica Minolta, Canon, and Brother and Ricoh devices.
2. Provides print equipment support to clients and diagnoses escalated issues.
3. Responds to system failures and quickly resolves any related issues
4. Perform scheduled equipment maintenance, as well as database & file system backups.
5. Develops and implements guidelines to direct the client relations team on common device troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
3. AutoCAD Experience a plus.
4. Stellar communication skills both verbally and in writing
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
6. Ability to multitask and work on multiple project simultaneously without losing focus
