    Position Overview

    The Commercial Relationship Manager will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of middle-market clients, with a focus on structuring and delivering ABL solutions. This individual will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal partners across credit, treasury management, and other banking services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients with ABL needs

    • Structure and price loan, deposit, and treasury relationships

    • Lead the loan origination process, including credit application and documentation

    • Present credit requests to internal committees and senior leadership

    • Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to internal specialists

    • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

    • Actively participate in business development and community engagement activities

    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, including ABL

    • Strong credit analysis, structuring, and pricing skills

    • Experience with deposit and treasury management products

    • Formal credit training (RMA, Omega, or equivalent) preferred

    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

    • Strong sales orientation and leadership capability
