RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER MARKETING

-Responding to all emails and messages on our social media platforms -Creating competitor benchmarking reports and weekly internal reporting -Influencer outreach and relationship management - scouting and acting as main contact/liaison with influencers -Coordinating influencer activities and campaigns - influencer activations -Managing and updating Influencer list / Contact list -Gifting send offs, follow up with any influencer inquiries and tasks -Moderating Yotpo account for reviews and implementing social media integrations -Transcribing MISSHA HQ assets from Korean to English

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experiences managing multiple social media channels, preferably for a beauty brand.
• Ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels.
• Ability to interpret analytics, communicate results and formulate a strategy.
• A passion for social media, beauty/cosmetics, and a positive attitude!
• Existing Influencer relations and experience a plus.
• Experience with Social/Digital listening and scheduling tools approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting, etc.
• Knowledge of paid media tactics and strategies and how they relate to and can help to amplify social media programs and campaigns.
• Deadline and detail-orient
• Korean-English Bilingual preferred
• College students can apply
