    Job Description

    ABLE C&C is one of the top cosmetic conglomerates in South Korea, with subsidiary brands such as MISSHA, A’pieu, Cellapy, and Beauty NET, and market presence in six continents across the globe. We are engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of cosmetic products, with product offers across multiple categories in skincare, body care, haircare, makeup, cleansing, and mask products.

    The ideal candidate for this role must be a clear, confident, and transparent communicator who interacts proficiently across the spectrum of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including brand managers, creative professionals, web developers, and senior executives.

    This role requires someone who is equally comfortable serving as a customer champion, a high- level strategist, and a super-organized, day-to-day project manager. The right candidate should be as adept at prioritizing and addressing ongoing site / landing page testing and enhancements as they are at strategizing short-term and long-term solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The daily management of all eCommerce and web operations associated with the website; combining existing expertise in UX, analytics, SEO, and product management to deliver a best-in-class brand and shopping experience for all customer. Managing the on-site product setup (from promotion to product details), on-site merchandising and monitoring performance and troubleshooting.

    Strategize and execute site experience that meets customer demands. Use data insights, customer engagement KPIs and Brand product direction to manage a commerce driving sort & site experience.

    Contributing to plan and execute on-site promotion plan.

    Monitor sales trends, performance, coupon redemption and frauds on a daily basis.

    Working / Co-coordinating with designers for website contents and design assets for promotions.

    Weekly/Monthly sales analysis/projection and analysis of marketing initiatives (Google analytics, Shopify data).

    Capture and report digital ecommerce and marketplace trends and insights on key competitors via publicly available information on a quarterly/ yearly basis.

    Work cross-functionally and ensure alignment with Customer Service, CRM, email Marketing and Brand Marketing.

    Supporting Affiliate program campaigns to drive e-commerce sales and new customers to our website.

    Monitoring Affiliate program sales trends and provide ideas to increase traffic and sales.

    Managing membership & loyalty program .

    Monitor inventory for key products on site.

     

    Requirements

    · Bachelor's degree required

    · 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or Amazon, ideally at subscription brands

    · Extensive understanding of the retail eCommerce landscape, including features,

    functionality and best practices

    · Working knowledge of A/B testing and site optimization, product development, and UX

    · Basic HTML and Javascript for placing of tracking pixels and troubleshooting issues is

    strongly preferred

    · Proven analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics

    · Ability to work with and effectively manage cross-functional teams, both internal and

    external

    · Experience in SEO optimization is a plus

    · Financial acumen

    · Good brand visual/aesthetic judgement

    · Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
