Dual Role of Accounting Clerk and Customer Service Representative

JOB DUTIES

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Sales Tax Reconciliation and Filings
• Payroll
• Bank Deposits
• Month End Journal Entries
• Greet and Assist Customers dropping off vehicles
• Closing out customers’ repair orders, accepting payments
• Answering Phones
• Working with Insurance Companies for payment
• Filing
• Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years Accounting Experience
