    The Food & Beverage Coordinator plays an important role for A'BriTin Catering and Hospitality. This position is responsible for creating valuable connections and bringing our clients' events to life. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, competitive, have a great attitude, and enjoy interacting with other people. The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for all sales and event coordination as assigned by the Sales Manager. They play a crucial part of our Sales team and will work closely in continuing to grow our business and uphold our company mission statement.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Grow and develop relationships with clients
    • Meeting and Exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity goals
    • Provide exceptional customer support to all clients equally
    • Provide positive attitude and motivators to all clients and co-workers
    • Seek out and develope new leads
    • Schedule and manage Tastings
    • Understand and explain all menu items accurately
    • Manage Payments
    • Coordinate client timelines
    • Develop strategies alongside the Kitchen for particular situations
    • Provide Feedback in a timely manner
    • Respond to new leads in a timely manner
    • Manage multiple clients and menu styles

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Be familiar with CRM technology such as Caterease
    • Able to speak eloquently and professionally
    • Self-Motivated and eager to grow
    • Can do attitude
    • Positive attitude towards clients, co-workers, and the company
    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft suite software and programs
    • Familiar with Outlook and Teams
    • Technologically apt
    • Be able to multitask while under pressure
    • Desire to succeed while helping the company grow
    • Flexible in an ever changing environment
    • Able to work during stressful situations
    • Focused and goal driven
    • Lift up to 25 lbs

    EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-2 years experience in Sales preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    SALARY: DOE

    BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Commission, among others

    DEPARTMENT: Sales

    JOB STATUS: Full-Time

    SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • One required day a week as coordinated with the direct supervisor as 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Weekends may be required during the season.
    • Season is defined as May 1st – November 1st

    REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

    TRAVEL: Minimum Travel Required less than 10%
