WE RECENTLY OPENED THE DOORS TO OUR FIRST RETAIL STORE AND CAFÉ. Nestled in West Oakland, Sweet July features thoughtfully curated products for the self and home, focusing on impeccable quality at an affordable price. Our new shop is designed to excite and inspire while also providing space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a slice of Ayesha's signature bread pudding.
POSITION DETAILS : BARISTA / CAFÉ ASSOCIATE
REPORTING TO: Store Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in brewing a highly satisfying café experience, taking ownership for new and committed customers. Welcomes customers with enthusiasm, eager to determine their coffee interests and café needs. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the menu, answering questions, and making recommendations. Maintains inventories by replenishing and stocking supplies, pastries, and other bar items. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
