We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance and substantial experience in implementing Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the integration and adaptation of project’s financial systems, ensuring not only operational excellence but also full compliance with accessibility standards. This role demands a detailed-oriented individual who can effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance user interactions through our platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and redefine processes within the Workday Financial Management system to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.

Ensure all financial system implementations are compliant with ADA and WCAG standards, facilitating accessibility and usability by all users, including those with disabilities.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to design, test, and implement APIs that connect Workday with other business systems while maintaining a high standard of accessibility.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with both functional and accessibility requirements.

Document system configurations, processes, and workflows, creating clear guidelines and user manuals for end users.

Provide training and support to users on the new systems and features, emphasizing usability and compliance aspects.

Stay updated on new developments in legislation related to ADA and WCAG, and on technological advancements in Workday solutions.

Basic Qualification:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in Workday Financials implementation and system integrations.

Strong understanding of ADA and WCAG guidelines and their application in a digital environment.

Experience in API development and management, preferably related to financial systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ideally within a financial services environment.

Effective communication skills, with the proficiency to create and present detailed reports.

Certifications in Workday Financial Management and accessibility standards (e.g., CPACC or WAS) are highly desirable.
