Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.

Collaborate with the development and operations teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications and Azure services.

Monitor and optimize CRM systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.

Contribute to developing best practices, documentation, and technical standards related to Dynamics 365 and Azure architecture.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM infrastructure.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies and industry trends.

Basic Qualifications:

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure is required.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and Dynamics 365 services.

Familiarity with customization and configuration tools in Dynamics 365.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Prior experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure in a project or coursework is a plus.
