We are looking for a seasoned Senior Tester with a strong ADA and WCAG compliance background and hands-on experience in testing Workday Financial Management systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can spearhead our testing initiatives, ensuring that all our financial systems and integrations meet the highest standards of accessibility, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of testing strategies for Workday Financials implementations and updates, ensuring robustness, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Design and conduct comprehensive accessibility testing in compliance with ADA and WCAG guidelines, identifying areas for improvement in our web and mobile applications.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to integrate accessibility considerations into all phases of the software development life cycle.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and compliance audits.

Utilize API testing tools to ensure seamless integration and interaction between Workday Financials and other systems.

Conduct thorough testing of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Translation Management Systems (TMS) using applications like Workday to ensure they meet technical and compliance specifications.

Train and mentor junior testers, promoting best practices in accessibility testing and quality assurance.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in accessibility standards, testing tools, and technologies relevant to financial systems.

Basic Qualification:

7+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years focused on testing financial systems, preferably Workday Financials.

Proven expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance testing for web and mobile platforms.

Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing.

Strong analytical skills and experience with test automation tools.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Certifications in accessibility (such as CPACC or WAS) and testing methodologies (such as ISTQB) are highly desirable.
