We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with specialized knowledge in developing UI components for Workday products, expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance, and proficiency in Angular. This role requires someone who can combine a strong technical foundation with a passion for accessible design to create exceptional web environments that meet stringent compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain user interfaces for Workday applications, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
Implement accessible web designs in accordance with ADA and WCAG guidelines to ensure all web applications are accessible to users with disabilities.
Utilize Angular and other modern frontend technologies to build responsive and efficient web applications.
Conduct regular documentation throughout the development process, maintaining clear and comprehensive records of code, functionalities, and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation.
Stay up to date with industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skill set and our product offerings.
Test and refine applications to resolve bugs, improve performance, and enhance user satisfaction.
Basic qualifications:
7+ years of experience in web development with a specific focus on user interface design for Workday products.
Proven experience in developing applications compliant with ADA and WCAG standards.
Strong proficiency in Angular and a solid understanding of other frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Demonstrated experience with documentation and maintaining clear, accurate development records.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
