**OVERVIEW **
The Accountant Administrative Assistant will perform basic administrative and bookkeeping duties to support the accounting department. The Accountant Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief Financial Officer **. **
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Accounts receivable : Send invoices, process customer payments, and manage collection activities.
• Accounts payable : Process invoices, collect vendor require data, and reconcile vendor account activity.
• Record keeping : Maintaining organized and accurate physical and digital financial records, including filing and data entry.
• Administrative tasks : Answer phones, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and handle general office duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES **
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, or related field and a minimum of one year of related or a combination of education and/or experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
• Willingness to demonstrate commitment to DDP’s mission, vision and core values.
