We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to join our growing dealership. If you're organized, thrive on accuracy, and enjoy the excitement of the automotive industry, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

As our Accounting Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reports.

Ensure our accounts are up-to-date and balanced through analysis and reconciliations.

Support daily banking activities, including deposits, and assist with entering financial transactions.

Manage inventory and stay on top of tax reporting requirements.

Accurately report month-end and year-end close processes.

Help maintain accurate general ledger records & assist with accounts payable/receivable.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient with computers and accounting software.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education & Experience:

Prior Accounting experience.

Familiarity with general ledger accounting and account analysis.

CPA preferred, but not required.
