JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

EMPLOYER: Accretech SBS, Inc.

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales and Engineering

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, using a variety of programming languages and tools to meet specific requirements and business objectives. Incumbents in this role should be prepared to work directly on the development of GUI applications using QML in Qt with C++.

Required Skills:

· C++

· Embedded Linux Development

· Qt using C++

· QML

Desired Skills:

· Yocto

· C Programming language

· CMake

· OPCUA using open65241

· Linux Kernel Development

· CI/CD Experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipeline, Docker etc.)

Nice-to-haves:

· Real-Time software/firmware experience

· C#

· UI/UX Design

· Python

· Jira / Scrum Board and other Atlassian apps experience

What you should have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

· 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
