WHAT WE DO: ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We provide comprehensive ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities throughout the Western United States.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Establish (or refresh) policies and procedures for tracking the sign-in and sign-out of mobile assets such as laptops, PDAs, and other devices 
• Explore opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources
• Participate in evaluation of the asset management process
• Works with HR with focus on reconciliation of asset records when discrepancies are discovered 
• Track and maintain copies of software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts
• Performs audits through data collection and analysis for software and hardware to identify incorrect data entries, end of life, inactive hardware usage and inactive users.
• Enter all software and hardware serial numbers or identification tags into configuration management system (CMS) and ensure information is up to date, accurate, and auditable.
• Research industry best practices and compare against the organization's practices in order to establish benchmarks for managing IT assets.
• Effectively communicate asset management strategies to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or minimum of 5 years of experience in network & cyber security 
• Certifications in Security+/Network+/CCNA/JNCIA preferred 
• 5 years direct work experience in a contract management or purchasing and procurement capacity 
• Solid working knowledge of software licensing agreements for the following vendors: Microsoft and Google 
• Strong background with Service and Change Management
• Strong experience with Sophos Systems network, security and data center products
• Strong Experience designing and deploying Sophos wireless technologies
• Strong familiarity and technical competence with asset management software and/or inventory-tracking systems, such as Microsoft Intune or MobileIron
• General knowledge of Health Care IT and HIPAA compliance
• General knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and logistics.
