    POSITION SUMMARY:

    In this role, you will be instrumental in analysis that will inform company operations and priorities, including ways to best support clinical excellence. You will work closely with both the CFO, the field operations teams and other departmental leaders, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of care.

    This is a fast-paced, high visibility role to ensure that we are driving innovation and improving service delivery rapidly and consistently within ACES.  

    This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Retrieve and synthesize large data sets utilizing advanced Excel functions and/or advanced programming languages
    • Perform validity/sanity checks to ensure data conformation and accuracy
    • Summarize key data findings from an operational and financial perspective, including preparation of monthly presentation to the Management Team
    • Provide analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions. This includes developing new analyses and improving reports and metrics to better support decision-making processes
    • Work with Management Team on key factor variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
    • Assist in preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
    • Provide business department-level financial statements, enabling evaluation of the profitability of each event and comparison vs. budget assumptions
    • Responsible for data tables and data warehousing strategies
    • Assist in ongoing improvement of financial, planning, and business intelligence systems
    • Complete ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as required
    • Other projects and responsibilities as needed

    WE'RE SEEKING A MOTIVATED, EXPERIENCED ANALYST:

    • 2+ years of applicable experience in healthcare/population health/working with healthcare providers; or other similar fields 
    • 2+ years of finance-related working experience, including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting and/or other capacities in financial analysis
    • Solid understanding of financial statements including balance sheet and cash flow
    • Proven leadership success, with excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of self-awareness. Can work with others to get the information needed to be successful
    • Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high-quality work product
    • Analytical and Data-Savvy: Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of clinical data, and develop compelling business cases, ROI analysis, and other executive recommendations
    • Metrics-Driven: Strong accountability, with proven success in meeting timelines and deliverables
    • Strategic and Collaborative:  Skilled at connecting the dots between teams, a proactive leader who can translate individual projects into broader organizational objectives
    • Positive and Charismatic Communicator: A true "people-person", who can easily build trust and confidence with diverse stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Experience and high proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software. Experience with EHR highly preferred.
    • Bachelor's in Finance or other relevant business field required; MBA, CFA and/or CPA a plus
