Description The ACI Coatings Summer College Painting Technician Internship program is designed to prepare College Students for business within the trades. Our program specifically focuses on the Painting Trade, but many of the principles learned can be directly carried over to any other trade industry. Trades require business people to lead them a turn small crew organizations into legitimate businesses. Furthermore, the program will give the students key experience that can be utilized in any industry of business; not just the trades. Located in Spokane Valley, Washington and Coeur D'Alene Idaho, the internships run between mid/late May until the beginning of September. Our program is designed for students at any level of their college journey to be able to gain worthwhile experience which will impact them throughout their future careers. Therefore, our program has an easy to follow format. The program is designed to be carried out in four phases or four years, each 3-4 months long. Each year the program will have four main parts for the student to complete in order to maximize their experience. The interns are also assigned an Executive Mentor, who will help guide them throughout their entire internship program. The interns who complete all four years of the program will make a minimum of $40,000 over the course of the four years. After the top interns who complete 2 or more years of the program graduate from college, they will have a full-time Leadership role awaiting them. Other interns may still be offered full-time employment. Joining the ACI Coatings internship program means you become a part of ACI Coatings.
