    THIS POSITION IS A 24/7/365 DESK SO THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE OPEN AND FLEXIBLE FOR SHIFT WORK. MOST SHIFTS ARE 8 HOURS, SOME ARE 4/10S.

    DESCRIPTION:

    • Provide Tier 1 support for incoming communications through Cisco Finesse or email in regard to O365 implementation and both instantiations of Teams to include MCEN environment and the CVR IL2 environment
    • Monitor all open O365 and Teams service request and incident records by ensuring that all tickets assist users in the area(s) MS O365, and Teams (possibility of support in Adobe, and various web browsers as needed), and are addressed in accordance with USMC EITSM processes and procedures.
    • Analysts will be trained remotely and are required to complete all required training
    • Initially support only Teams (both environments) and O365 contacts. Additional areas of support may be added to include web browsers and Adobe products.
    • Analysts will work in NIPR environment only, and will not have administrative rights. (able to waive Sec+ requirement)
    • Required fully adjudicated clearance as personnel will be working on the MCEN using Remedy, Teams, and MS Office products including email.
    • Will support Marine Corps users on both GFE and personally owned assets including desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices
    • Provide training to end users IRT Teams and O365 functionality and usage.
    • Provide appropriate Home-port URL's for additional user training

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 years of IT Experience
    • Interim/Secret Clearance
    • CompTIA security+ (WILLING TO WAIVE THE CERTIFICATION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE, MUST OBTAIN WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER STARTING.)
