RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educate travelers on disease prevention efforts and provide basic public health education
• Provide public health education materials to screened travelers
• Orient travelers to the active monitoring program
• Provide feedback to improve education efforts and materials
• Support on-site medical professionals conducting pre-screening efforts
• Support CDC's Global Migration Task Force (GMTF) efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Social Worker with Unrestricted license in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in health education, health counseling, social work, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Able to respond/report on-site within 45 minutes for emergency support
• Available immediately
