Location: Rising Sun, MD

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about assisting patients with their daily living activities and providing them with the highest level of care and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Shift information: 8 hour shifts, 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm
