    Job description

    We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to attract, hire and retain the best employees for ACI Federal. A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist is a goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Healthcare recruiting and some IT recruiting would make an ideal candidate. Talent Acquisition Specialists will use various sources to recruit candidates to contribute to ACI Federal's continuous growth in the Healthcare and Information Technology sectors.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit candidates through a variety of resume databases and social media
    • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the hiring process
    • Oversee candidate application tracking process, screen resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate job offers, and assist with onboarding
    • Reviews placement of candidates for a variety of positions
    • Uses strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly connect with potential candidates
    • Develop an organized pool of candidates for future and current opportunities

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with customer service or recruiting work experience
    • Excellent communication skills

    Preferred Skills

    • Previous sales, customer service, or recruiting in healthcare experience.
    • Microsoft Office Suite / Google G Suite
    • PayChex Applications

    Pay: $45,000.00 per year

    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
